2. Orders & Approval

All orders must be submitted through our quote form or agreed upon in writing.

Before production begins:

You will receive a design mockup or order confirmation

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all details including spelling, sizing, and design

Once approved, the order moves into production and cannot be changed or canceled.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed

Pricing is based on quantity, design, and materials

All prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

4. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 2 to 3 business days after final approval and payment.

Please note:

Turnaround time begins after approval and payment, not initial inquiry

Delays may occur due to high order volume, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances

We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

5. No Minimum Orders

We offer no minimum order quantities. However, pricing may vary based on order size.

6. Design Responsibility

We provide basic design assistance when needed

Customer-submitted designs must be owned or properly licensed by the customer

Fast Press Tees is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations on customer-provided designs

By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use it.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom items

However, if there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will work to make it right.

8. Product Variations

Please note:

Slight variations in color, placement, and sizing may occur

These are normal in the custom printing process and are not considered defects

9. Pickup & Delivery

Customers will be notified when orders are ready for pickup

Orders should be picked up in a timely manner

We are not responsible for items left unclaimed after a reasonable period

If shipping is offered:

Fast Press Tees is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once shipped

10. Limitation of Liability

Fast Press Tees is not liable for:

Missed deadlines due to late approvals or payments

Indirect or incidental damages related to product use

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
